What if you couldn’t

Could you imagine not being able to get a haircut? Brush your teeth? Move around independently?  Press your call button for help?

Helping patients to achieve these tasks give her great satisfaction as she works on the unit.

Maybe they want to go home for one last time. She can help with that.

As the occupational therapist, she can break these goals down into small achievable steps.

She always focuses on the patient and their priorities and interests.

Their quality of life on the unit is very important to her.

It is the environment that needs to be adapted for the patient and she can help with that.

She loves her work on the unit with patients, families, and the wonderful staff.
